encountered very high current draw. about 35A+what could be the problem? anyone encountered this before?

It is possible that the main part of your blade holder is bent...Seems that some of the 450 MT heads come this way. Two of mine did...!!!It's also possible that the feathering shaft is bent and allows your blades to droop at lower RPMs but as you increase the RPMs the feathering shaft rotates so that the blades are inline...and as Blind said, if your blades cannot move fairly easily in the blade grips then they will not straighten out perfectly until the higher RPMs exert a large enough[...]

I watched a movie last night and they cut the green wire to disable the nuclear bomb... So cut the green one..!!!(You would think the bad guys would use a different schematic than the good guys???)O crap, there are no green wires....!!!???!!!???But seriously "red on the head is better in bed"OK now seriously... Cut or remove the red wire. Of course you already know that by now and I am just wasting all of our time---I need to goto bed...!!!!
