Black and yellow with silver stripe not blue and yellow. Pretty similar but not the same.Doesn't matter as shipping would be like $200 anyway, not worth it.

There are a few possibilities. Since you say the tranmitter light is turning green and not staying red. Are you forgetting that you must move the elevator stick(all the way up and down)  in order to put the tx in bind mode. That should keep the tx light flashing red until the reveiver binds.
