This is the first airplane I will introduce here... it is not my first model, I will just start with this one. I don't have all the photos of my previous models, so I will only introduce the ones I currently have in my "hangar".This one is really nice and simple plane made out of depron, with balsa wing ribs and spars and firewall made of ply. It flies really slow and is excellent for relaxed flying. It can be a good trainer model, maybe even for the first time fliers.Here is the link to build[...]

Mine only works in the "sound" mode.Turn it on - press the mode switch - two red leds.Wait 3~5 seconds then shout or whistle - one of the leds turns blue and flashes. About 2 minutes later both leds turn red.Shout again and one will turn blue.When you have had enough press the mode switch.Wish I could find a manual somewhere.

I found the timing sheet and it is as follows:brake - offcuttoff threshold - mediumstart mode - softtiming - highI did a no load run on the motor and it was drawing 11A and 128W.I think the motor is junk. Too bad just got it 4 days ago form HK. I think I will send it back for replacement.Thanks for your help.....Larry

Unfortunately  I can't help, but I have the same problem.With a flat throttle curve the head speed is not constant, with 50% throttle I can't lift off speed dropts too low...I am quite sure that the setting that should enable the governor mode is really active, because it takes quite some time until the head speed goes up (longer than with just soft start).I am not sure if it really makes a difference in fligt, hard to tell because I am a beginner and I am just hovering.
