I'm in the U.S. and am trying to finalize (pay for) an order I would like shipped to Croatia.  I filled out the order shipping address for the Croatian address.  However, when I go to pay, I'm prompted to fill out my billing address.  After filling out my billing address it appears the shipping address changes to my billing address and I can't figure out how to confirm where the order will be shipped.Thanks for any help you can offer.

here in germany the customs go on the value of what is inside the box, and if it's under 22€ you don't have to pay any customs und your parcel arrives really fast (~10days).if the value is more than 22€ you have to pay customs and have to explain what you bought and why you bought it etc. and it takes sometimes more than a month till you get it. it's not about declare the wrong value, just wanna know what appears on the declaration. so it would be interesting for me how the store credits[...]

I placed an order Jan. 4, 2010. The Month and the Day were transposed to 4-1-2010. The order was paid on Jan 4, 2010 by credit card but it has not been shipped.
