I placed a order this morning and was able to use my points/credit by marking a tick in the box, I am sure if you look now it will be there for you to use.

My oriiginal order shows that the cancelled the servos cost nearly $100. You cancelled them and gave me a credit of $27. This is wrong. Please credit my account for the amount that I paid.

Normally they're very good at removing items and giving credit. Chinese New Year is the worst time, as bad as after XMas/boxing day so bear with it. Reality is everyone knows about it, tolerate it or don't shop during this period. Complaining won't help.The backorder system is simple and straight forward. Don't wait till stock is down to several left which triggers everyone to check out & pay to get the last item. That's online shopping, gonna be quick on the trigger.

I have refilled the shopping cart several times with dozens of items with no success.

This is so frustrating. Several items that I need are now out of stock!
